METHOD 1 (manual configuration )
In India K3570Z modem is already in unlocked state.
You can use any 2G or 3G sim card in vodafone usb modem k3570 by using followin method.
Follow the steps :
METHOD 2 (using software)
In India K3570Z modem is not locked, just use another dashboard..
1.remove vodafone sim and replace with other 3g sim
2.use '3G Mobile Broadband' or ZTE software instead of Vodafone's VMC.
3.you need to add apn settings manually for other networks.
4.Don't use Vodafone's VMC (It always shows other sim are invalid)

- Right click on "My Computer" Icon then select "Manage" option.
- Click on "Device Manager" tab in left side.
- Expand "Modem" option in Right side
- go to the "Properties" of modem.
- Select "Advanced Tab"
- In "Extra Initialization Commands" paste this code AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TYPE APN HERE"
- Example for tata docomo: AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET"
- save the setting.
- make a new "dial up connection" in network setting of control panel, the use dial no. *99#
- double click on created dial up connection, select "connect"
- Finish
